On 30th March 2009 ARC-Retail rebranded to Retail Acumen.

WHY??? well, you may know ARC-Retail but most likely by association with the ARC-Retail Conference. However, ARC-Retail did a lot more than just arrange this conference once a year! The conference got so well known though that this all seemed to pale into insignificance...

What ARC-Retail had really wanted from the conference was a way to tell you all about our Retail Acumen! That we are a group of trusted experts who can deliver you exceptional results... So, we thought long and hard about a better way that we could tell you that. And then the penny dropped... We needed to make sure the two inter-related brands were distinctive in their own right, so, we have renamed ARC-Retail to Retail Acumen, and we hope the name tells you a bit about what you can expect from us when we work with you!

Alongside the move from ARC-Retail to the name Retail Acumen the ARC-Retail Conference will migrate to simply 'The Retail Conference' - you know it well enough by now, and as a leading event in the UK retail event calendar it deserves to be named accordingly!
